Turnaround times are estimated - our typical production time is 10-14 business days (Monday-Friday). Estimated ship dates can extend past for various reasons such as logo edits/color changes etc. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

We will not start your order without your approval. Digital stitch mock ups will be provided within 48 hours of purchase to the email provided at checkout. Feedback is welcomed and edits can be made to ensure you’re happy with the final product!

No minimums! All hats have FREE setup. Purchase just 1 or 1,000! Pricing is scaled depending on quantity desired - 24+ hats ship free.

Under 24 hats have flat rate shipping of $15. All orders are shipped via USPS/UPS. Order 24 or more hats and you will receive FREE shipping!

All hats are customized in house from our facility in Sturbridge, MA (30 minutes outside of Boston).
Blank hats we source are manufactured all around the world! USA made hats are available as well.

Rush option is available. Please just reach out to contactsuperstitches@gmail.com with any request and we’ll do our best to make it happen! Most hats are stocked in house and ready for your logo.
